Vehicle Detail

For sale is this very clean and low mileage Geo.Here are some details. The miles are extremely low for a 95.It runs good shifts nice through all 5 gears.Clutch feels good.Nice interior, not hoged up or abused. The windows all good and go up and down easy staying on track as they should. The head liner is good, not sagging.Does not show any signs of using oil,and they said it did not use oil.No signs of any leaking of any fluids.Has a Sony CD player with pioneer speakers, sounds good.Pa. inspected until September.Tires 30%-40% left.Brakes good.Spare and jack look like never used.Has Air conditioning that works.Has rear defogger.Exhaust is quiet and tight. It does not smoke.Carpet good no rips.I bought it from the mother of a girl who drove and loved the car.She sold the car because it needed a new Aarm surport .I completly removed the old Aarm surport on the passenger side and replaced it with one that is like new.(see pictures).I also did some body work on the rockers, not perfect but not bad.(see pictures)Also both rear fenders had a rust spot above the wheels.I fixed them as well.Although I put a lot of work into the car.I thought it was worth it being a metro with low miles.I drive a 1994 3 cylinder 5 speed geo metro every day and I check every tank full of gas,and I consistantly get 44-47 MPG all day long.My wife drives a geo metro as well.Yes they are not the prettiest car on the road, and after 10 years of manufacturing they have finnally come up with a few hybrids that they say get close to the same MPG,but I don't know that many people that have them,to hear any feedback.I like my Geo.Anyhow thats about it,and if I think of anything else I will add it later. Thanks for your time, and looking.MartyOn May-13-13 at 05:21:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.I forgot one of the most important things. My phone number is (814-746-1263).I would rather answer the phone and talk to someone in person than E-mail.Besides I do not always have easy access to answer by Email. So return answers to questions may take a while, unless you call. Also when I came to the office this morning I already had several questions to answer, some asking my reserve. My reserve is $1500,but I fully expect to go much over that for what it is and the low miles and high gas mileage.I will not end the auction early in all fairness to the bidders who may have met the reserve. When I was at AAAs last Thursday to transfer the title into my name, they said it books for over $3000.Like I mentioned earlier I drive one every day,and it is every bit worth book value just for the gas mileage alone.I experience the satisfaction of going weeks at a time without ever having to stop for gas, unless I take a long trip somewhere. My son and grandkids live about 200 mile south, and I can go visit them and back on a tank of gas and still have some left after the 400 mile round trip with a gas tank that holds 10 gal.As Forest Gump would say,I like it a lot. Marty On May-13-13 at 07:52:07 PDT, seller added the following information: One more thing. You can see in one of the pictures a red geo metro in my yard.It is for sale .It is a 1999 3 cyl.5 speed as well.It has higher mileage, and it was my sons car.It may sell for less money because of the miles. The title is in my sons name.If interested call the same number(814-746-1263)He said he got average 44 MPG.Marty
