This is a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited Wagon with All-Wheel Drive. This Subaru had only 1 previous owner and no reported accidents per the AutoCheck Report shown above. With 240 thousand miles on it this Subaru runs great and the motor has no leaks or evident problems. I test drove this Subaru for about 140 miles on the highway and backroads and it performed really nicely. (SEE THE YOUTUBE VIDEO ABOVE FOR A WALKTHROUGH AND TEST DRIVE OF THIS SUBARU) The transmission is operating smoothly and it shifts throughout all gears without any jerks or hesitation. The motor sounds great and all fluids are at proper levels, the oil sticker indicates the oil does not need changing for another 2000 miles. The alignment is also perfectly straight while driving and the wheel does not pull to one side or another whatsoever. This Subaru handles nicely and rides very smoothly which I noticed right away when first test driving the car. However, I also noticed that the brakes are not 100 % at highway speed resulting in a bit of vibration in the wheel while braking. I do give several examples of the brakes during the video in which you can see that the brakes are effective regardless. There are no warning lights on the dashboard whatsoever and while the previous owner did not include service records for the vehicle, I did notice that the engine bay appears to be very well kept as you can see in the pictures and everything is clean. First, all of the controls in this Subaru are functional which is always a good thing. All of the interior/exterior lights and signals are all fully operational including the fog lights. All of the interior options include: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors (heated), Power Rear Sunroof and Moonroof, Heated Seats, CD Player, Am/Fm Radio, Cruise Control, ABS, and much more. The air conditioning is NOT blowing ice cold, it's not blowing hot either so it may need a freon recharge. The interior is in good overall condition and has nice leather seats that are in good condition. The carpets are also in good shape throughout, the drivers side carpet does have some residual stains. This was definitely a NON-smoker vehicle, there is no smoke smell and no pet odor whatsoever, it smells great inside. The body is in pretty good shape considering it is a '98 with over 200k miles. There are some blemishes on the front and rear bumpers and a few scattered small dings on the door panels but certainly nothing major. The rims are all matching and look great and the tires are also matching and are relatively new with a ton of tread life left on them. We do not get involved in shipping whatsoever, but we will gladly comunicate with the drivers to ensure your vehicle is picked up as soon as possible.
