I have owned this for two years and have ridden it at a few scooter meets. Ran great the last time out, and it runs great right now. I replaced the two seat springs with new ones as the originals where loosing their tension. The sealed battery was new last spring. Had to re-build the front brake caliper last spring, so I did both front and rear with new pads also. The parts are still available from Ridley. This is the 25HP version of the speedster. Oil changed after the last outing. This bike was re-titled buy the state of Minnesota, where the bike originated. It was stolen and recovered. The thieves took off the V.I.N. plate so the state installed a sticker in it's place. Since their was no damage to the bike it does have a clean title, NOT a salvage title. The title was issued in 2010. After I purchased the bike I contacted Ridley about it and sent them some photo's and the motor number. They told me the original V.I.N. number of this unit was:1R9HS22551K327139, and the paint was a custom paint job that they did not do. In the photo's below I have pictures of the V.I.N. sticker put on by the state of Minnesota and a photo of the clear Michigan title that is now in my name. I added the saddle bags and cut holes in the bags for the turn signals to shine threw, I did not want to re-locate the rear signals. The only thing the bike could use is a new battery in the speedometer. It is ready to ride. Checks are O.K., but they must clear the bank before the bike departs.
