This car showcases an approximate 1,500 miles on its beautiful restoration in cosmetics & mechanicals. Finished in stunning Porsche Riviera Blue and powered by a high performance solid-lifter 350 V8, this Nova is a pleasure to cruise and show. This car was built as a weekend show car, but could be used as a dependable daily driver as well. It drives down the road with authority. Enjoy our presentation and feel free to contact Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions. The chrome has been re-done front to back. The grille has been powder-coated black and SS badging installed. No details were left un-attended concerning this beautiful Nova. Under the hood is the professionally built 350 c.i. high performance V8. This powerplant started as a 1986 block, bored .30 over, a solid lifter Comp cam installed along with a true-roller timing chain, flat-top pistons, a high volume oil pump, a Weiand dual plane aluminum intake, Edelbrock 600cfm carburetor, a Holley fuel pump, HEI distributor and more. Exhaust gases are evacuated quickly via ceramic coated headers, Turbo mufflers, and a 2 1/4 inch dual exhaust system. Be sure to listen to the video of this Nova in action. The engine compartment features beautifully detailed inner fender, core support, and firewall sheet metal throughout. Engine accessories include a chromed power steering pump, chromed brackets, a chromed air cleaner, polished aluminum valve covers and more. Cooling duties are taken care of by a 3-core radiator with mechanical flex fan. Jewled tail lights are paired with a restored original SS rear panel. This is a very straight car and the paint shows exceptionally well. This one is nice. The wheels of choice are classic Crager S/S wheels sized at 15x8 in back and 15x7 up front. The tires of choice are B.F. Goodrich Radial T/As sized at 255/60R15s out back and 235/60R15s up front. The interior features standard Super Sport affair such as the SS-inspired console gauge cluster and factory SS tachometer in the dash. During the extensive restoration, the dash was dis-assembled and completely painted in Porsche Riviera Blue. The headliner and door panels have been re-done. The carpeting has been replaced. The dash pad was also replaced with a new one. The AM/FM Cassette stereo was installed in the factory radio location with no cutting. The stereo is connected to twin 6-inch round speakers in custom-moulded front kick panels. The rear package tray houses two 6x9 speakers. The 6x9s light up with the headlight switch to give the car a real custom look at night. The tachometer and speedometer are working the clock is not working. The black vinyl high back bucket seating is restored in black & blue front to back. The upholstery is very well done. The door panels are clean and detailed stock units. The weatherstrip was replaced throughout this Nova. The door undersides are also solid. During restoration, any suspect areas with rust were cut out and replaced with new metal. The trunk is clean and detailed, finished in classic speckled paint and complete with a spare Crager Wheel & B.F. Goodrich radial T/A tire. The underbody was also attended to during the extensive restoration. The suspension bushings are replaced throughout. The shocks have also been replaced. Coil-Overs were installed out back. The brake system has also been gone through and stops with authority. The underside has been treated with a rust preventative to insure it stays solid. The gas tank has also been replaced.
