1994 CADILLAC DEVILLE, 4-DOOR SEDAN VIN #1G6KD52B9RU214874 THIS VEHICLE WAS AQUIRED THROUGH A DECLARATION OF FORFEITURE FINALIZED ON JANUARY 22, 2013. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY TITLED TO THE SAGINAW COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT AND HAS A CLEAN STATE OF MICHIGAN TITLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AND PARKED ON OUR COUNTY LOT BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2011. AT THAT TIME THE VEHICLE RAN AND DROVE. IT HAS BEEN PARKED PENDING THE FORFEITURE PROCESS WHICH WAS FINALIZED IN JANUARY 2013. THE VEHICLE TURNS OVER BUT DOES NOT START. THE TIRES ARE FLAT. THE VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE HAULED AWAY (NOT DRIVABLE AT THIS TIME) SINCE THIS IS A FORFEITURE WE HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THIS VEHICLE. IT WAS DRIVEN AND PARKED ON OUR LOT. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property.
