If you're looking at this I know I don't have much to explain. You already know you're looking at an extremely hard to find suicide door Continental. These are getting harder and harder to find in this condition so don't put it off any longer!! The 60's Continentals are probably the most televised car in history ranging from TV series to movies and commercials, even JFK made this car famous! Matrix, Hit and Run, Animal House, Entourage etc etc. the list goes on and on and on..... This is a 1967 Lincoln Continental Sedan Custom, this car not only gets looks and stares but we are asked all the time to let them take pictures of the car! Recently at a local car show this car was used to photograph different models for a magazine feature. It's amazing how much attention the car gets but I've had my fun with it, built it to how I liked it and it's time to move on to another project for myself. Solid body, no rust, it was a California car. 462 7.6L Big Block V-8 340hp/485ft lbs (Big car requires big power!!)Sikkens Raven Black Suede paintNew true dual exhaust from the headers backNew limo tinted windowsNew Edelbrock 650 carb with electric chokeNew 22" wheels and tiresNew batteryNew A/C CompressorNew belts The black cloth interior is beautiful, seats are perfect and dash looks as though it's never seen sunlight The 462 Big Block has had a top end rebuild, new exhaust manifold gaskets and engine was painted while out of the car for an excellent finish The C6 Automatic transmission was also rebuilt and repainted to match the glossy black painted engine. It really looks great. The trunk was just finished with carpeted panels to give it a true custom look and hides the ugliness of the original trunk interior 3 out of the 6 power window motors are new. Yes 6!! The front quarter windows are also powered!! This car goes down the road in style, I'd drive it anywhere to be honest. If you're lucky enough to own a car like this you know how much attention it demands no matter what is parked next to it. Bottom line is, when you drive this car don't be in a hurry to get anywhere because people are going to follow you, stop you and just want to talk about your car. You won't be dissappointed with this 45+ yr old car!! This car is also available for local purchase as well. As far as getting the car to your garage, no matter where you are it's really not that expensive. For example, I've had a car delivered from across the nation in an enclosed tractor trailer, insured up to $1 Million for less than $1200. I couldn't have driven my own truck and trailer just to get to it for that cost. I've used and am very familiar with transport companies and I'd be happy to help with the delivery of this beautiful beast.
