I am selling this 1913 Metz model 22 Roadster , the carstart and drive great, the engine is in excellent condition, no overheating, verygood compression and start very fast, it does not smoke, you can run at topspeed of 50 mph, of course I can’t recommend in traffic, is very good in fuelyou can drive 30 miles per gallon of regular gasoline, the frictiontransmission fibers are new, all tires are also new, it used in several parades and shows in Naples, Fl. The car hasall original parts and looks nice from 10 feet, but if you want to look greatfor shows and want a perfect to be judged, it need to be repainted and repairthe upholstery, I have the original top but need to be restored, also the windshieldthat is not the original have both broken glasses, there are some parts and theoriginal instruction manuals.This car made many tours around this nation in the area ofArizona and the most important was the transcontinental tour in 1968 that startedin New York and finished in San Francisco Ca. I have the history of this tour thatwas writing it in the Valley of the Sun Regional Group Horseless Carriage Clubof America Vol. #14 No. 8. Please note that this car will be sell by a bill of sale.
