1953 Ford f-100 50th anniversary year pickup -Original faded paint (great looking patina) -Solid montana truck -No rust, very straight body -351 cleveland engine -4 v heads -Single plane heads -650 double pumper carb -Crane hydraulic cam -11:1 compression -Mallory ignition -Internally balanced -C6 ford tranny, needs seal It was in storage for several years and not ran, untill last week. We put fresh gas in it and fired it up. It sounds good and powerful. We have not driven it yet but will this week. The best part about this truck is the body. It is solid everywhere and has very minimal dings. The paint is sunbaked original. It does have cracks in a couple of pieces of glass. Most of the original wood still remains in the box. Its very hard to find nice 1/2 ton pickups in this condition.
