Up for Auction- NO RESERVE--BID & WIN CHEAP!! I am finally selling my wife's prized possesion, her beautiful and clean 2006 Mercedes CLS500 (White w/Light Grey Interior). She honestly is really hesitant to sell it since it has been such a fantastic, eye-catching automobile. But, the truth is that we have 2 children that need a big SUV type vehicle. If you want to stand out, have all the attention, and be proud of what you drive, this is the car for you! She gets compliments on a dialy basis, everyone thinks its a 2010-11 model. Now to alittle about the vehicle itself; First off, As you can see, the vehicle does have close to 115,000 miles, Why, You ask? This vehicle traveled the Tx highways for many out of town cheerleading and Jui-jitsu competitions with our children. Now you probably understand why we need a SUV with much more room! The motor on this car idols nice and quiet, and the transmission shifts like new. There is NO abnormal/suspicious noises coming from anywhere on the vehicle. There are no flashing or un-attended service lights on the dashboard. The steering and suspension is very nice and tight. This vehicle rides quite and smooth, and is in great condition considering its a 2006. It comes fully equipped with optional ride height adjustment.Therfor, if you want to ride low and aerodynamic like most highend cars do, you may do so with this car. Or if its a family trip and you want to ride higer from the gounrd, you may do that as well. It has Lowenhart 20 inch chrome wheels that costed us close to $7500.00 brand new. However, I cant say much for LowenHarts chrome, the wheels have always been cleaned and maintained and look great from a few feet away, but once up on them you can see corrosion and peeling throughout all 4 wheels. There is some curb rash on most of the wheels from rubbing the concrete inside drive throughs. Agian, from a few steps away, when they are cleaned they look great, I personally would consider having them rechromed or powdercoated (painted). Also, you may have already noticed but we upgraded all the emblems on the car to match the amg model. The licencse plate is amg, the sides of both motors have V8 Kompresor logos and trunk is CLS550 AMG. Everyone will believe you have a $100,000 vehicle, no questions asked. We have always kept up with all maintenance and it was regularly taken into the dealership for all oil, air, and filter changes. As a matter of fact, we just had its 100,000 service where they changed all the plugs, flushed the coolant, air condition was serviced, brakes were done, all 4 tires were just replaced, and the injectors were cleaned. There was some additional services done that I just cant recall. Now onto the minor issues with the vehicle; The car is being sold AS IS. We figured that selling it, starting the bids at $ 1.00 to highest bidder would save us both (Seller & Buyer) time and money of fixing small issues that a new owner of this car may be able to look past. This vehicle has never been WRECKED!! Although, there was a time just a few months ago that my wife did back into our next door neighbors vehicle. We never had any paintwork done because our car was only damaged very minor, theres on the other hand needed a new door. please see pics of rear bumper, pretty minor issues. Wheels--Need rechrome or paint, eventually. Rear Bumper and trunk--See Pics, there are many small scratches, indentions, and imperfections in paint. However, it has never had any dents or paint work. Your local bodyshop could fix all this for probably 200-300 dollars if you felt it was necessary. Most people dont even notice. Windshield--In the upper left hand corner (not in drivers line of sight), there is an approx 8 inch crack. We did have it professionally stopped from running but Im not sure how long that will last. Front Passenger Seat--There are 2 small tears that we had professionally repaired however they are still noticeable, see pics.. Most sellers wouldnt go into this much detail when selling a vehicle but we want the buyer to know everything about this vehicle prior to purchase so they feel very comfortable with what they are buying. This is a GREAT car and we really hate to sell it, we honestly want someone to love it the way we did. The vehicle has also been meticulously cleaned and detailed so the next owner feels like there buying a brand new vehicle. This was a non-smoking car. It comes equipped with all leather seats, bucket seating in front and rear. Heated-dual power seating, windows and door locks. Dual front and side air bags, privacy glass window tinting, 20 inch chrome factory alloy wheels, tilt wheel, AM/FM stereo, Multi-disc CD/Cassette player. Air conditioning w/ front and rear controls. ABS 4 wheel brakes, traction control, BOSE premium sound system, parking sensors, sun roof, and great tire tread all around. This car is fully loaded and is as clean as they come. We love the Mercedes CLS models. You'll be hard pressed to find a clean, warm weather Mercedes like this one, I gaurantee it.
