Heres a thriller right here folks! A 1977 Datsun 280Z. Its a pretty girl (although a bit dirty from sitting in storage....but who doesnt love a dirty girl huh?) She's got 82.205 miles on a 6 cyl 168 cu in motor and a 5 speed tranny. Was a daily driver when first purchased in Texas about 6 years ago....went into storage in my warehouse a few years back for some electrical glitch(as I recall it was a turn signal problem of sorts.) It has remained in dry storage (and covered) for the last 4 years till my friend decided its just time to part with it. For a 33 year old chick she is solid and still a looker...small imperfections such as a ding here or there.a long scratch (pictured) and a small rot through under the door(also pictured)but nothing major. A full restore wouldnt be too difficult or costly. Interior is in good shape and owner did a new AC system and new tires after purchase. It ran and shifted well when parked so we are going to tweak around with it this week and see if we can put some fresh gas in it,a fresh battery and crank it up. I'd love to show it to all interested parties cause even though a picture is worth a thousand words....a "look see" blows any amount of pictures away.
