The GOODSunroofPower windowsTinted windowsBuild quality is easily the best of its class, particularly for the year. Extremely stable on the highway as you'd expect from a German car. Engine is average - good midrange torque in any gear. Interior is clean, no rips or breaks. Surprisingly practical given the small size. Manual transmission much better than the automatic Steering is pretty good, suspension could be firmed up, brakes were fixed last summer. Alot of work done at VW Dealership in Montreal (Peel St.) with Oil Changes and less important stuff done at Gordons in NDGComes with 4 Winter tires used 2 seasons (good for two more)Book value is around 7500-8000 (meaning you will pay that amount or more for the same car at a dealer) The BADOne small rust nic on the front of the hood.One light scrape on front right bumber.Right rear power window is moody (needs a fixin)Suspension needs to be firmed upOne previous accident (car was hit while parked) No mechanical damage, just bumper and exterior aestheticsSmall scrape in window tint film on driver window (I will repair this for you if you buy the car)Other things to be said.I have all paper work on repairs done in the past 3 yearsReason for selling: I am leaving the countryCar has been very reliable through winterThe car is roomy Gas mileage is pretty good.
