The car is 100% factory original. The paint, trim, interior, EVERYTHING is factory original. The car has NOT been repainted – it's factory paint, with the exception of the driver's side front fender, which was resprayed in 1973 after it was scraped. The engine and transmission have never been apart or modified. No dings, no dents, no blemishes. All the chrome is perfect and factory original. All the glass is perfect and factory original. The rubber is still soft, and has not cracked. Never raced, never driven in weather, never abused. The entire interior – upholstery, carpets, headliner, etc. – are factory fresh and show absolutely zero wear. The original floor mats are perfect. The original foam around the air cleaner housing (that seals against the bottom of the inside of the hood to feed the snorkel air intakes) is perfect. A true benchmark car. It still wears the original factory Wide Oval Tires. For most if it's life, it wore "Crager" wheels with other tires. (That was the "cool" thing in the '70s). So the original tires and wheels have very few miles on them. The original spare is in the trunk, and has never been removed.
