Vintage Vespa Scooter Fresh out of Long time Storage VNB4M Italy VNB4M -0117929- Fresh out of storage for over 30 years. Engine not stuck or frozen. Needs complete restoration. Missing some parts. I'm not a Vespa expert but from what I can see the exhaust is missing, the speedometer, red plastic rear taillight lens, seat, gas tank. From my research online this is a Italian Import and it is a 125cc. I believe it has the original tires. Has Dings and dents throughout and will need some bodywork here and there. The Kick starter lever itself is worn and has a small stress crack so it will need a new Kickstarter lever which is the part you would physically kick with your foot to start it not the shaft that goes into engine.
