I bought this Toyota from the estate of the last owner. I was told he was driving it and the engine seized. It has been off the road for 3-4 years. The interior is great, except the front carpet. The body is great on it, and the paint would clean up great, with a wash. The only dent that I see, that is big enough to bother mentioning, is in the rear hatch, but does NOT effect the way it opens. (there is a picture of the dent, in with the pictures.) There are scratches on the driver's side front fender, it looks like someone keyed it. The rocker panels are great, I don't see any rust through on the underside, just some surface rust. Tires are nice, I would say more than 1/2 tread life left on them. I jumped it, (battery is dead) the starter just clicks when you turn the key, so I do believe the engine is stuck. The owner passed away, and his daughter just found the title. it has been filled out in HER name, so you would need to have a dealer transfer it to you, to register it, OR go through one of the title companies that does that. I was told it could take up to 3 months for me to get a title for it in my name, and I am heading south for the winter soon, and don't want to deal with that. IF you want me to get a title in my name, to transfer it to you, I can do that, but it would be at YOUR expense. probably about $175.00, and it could take up to three months, from what I have been told. The car needs to be paid for in FULL, in 7 days, but it can sit where it is for a while. HOWEVER, as I said, I am heading South soon, so if you wait too long, you will have to plow or shovel it out to get to it, if you wait until after it has snows. My cell number is 1-401-871-6333.
