Beginning with a super solid platform the body was removed from the chassis so the new suspension and drive train could be put in place. The front suspension received a new Heidt's IFS unit with power rack and pinion steering and power disc brakes and the rear received new leaf springs with relocated gas shocks. The drive train consist of a freshly built 350 topped with aluminum heads and intake, Edelbrock carb & HEI distributor. The transmission is a turbo 400 automatic with a GM 10 bolt rear axle and 3.23 gears. The body of the truck is arrow straight with a great fit and finish, beautiful two-stage red paint with a high gloss finish, show quality paint. The truck also received a new oak bed with stainless steel hardware. All chrome is in excellent condition along with all glass and weather stripping. The interior has been finished in red and black ultra leather with a custom adjustable bench seat from Tea's Seats. Other features include new Dolphin gauges, AM-FM AUX stereo, Vintage A/C, tilt wheel, electric wipers, and all new chrome hardware. This is a great new running and driving truck that really hits the road well and with all the modern updated options makes for a nice comfortable and dependable ride.
