1942 WILLYS MB SCRIPT ORIGINAL WWII MILITARY JEEP, Data plate MB 107494 - DOD 1-16-42 with several hard to find parts. It runs and drives, brakes need attention, does not smoke. It has a GPW engine (no 49240) and other "f" marked parts, 5 original combat wheels, regular grill. It does have rust with some repairs and some not repaired, David says the frame shows surface rust, but, is really good, is a lot better than photos show. It does have the hard to find "STEEL" pintle hook with eye bolts, door strap eye bolts, some cast footman's loops and original oil can holder, fire extinguisher bracket, torque spring, side mirror, foot rest, it has the slat grill two piece battery box, all three original data plates. In the nineties it had the following rebuilt, engine, clutch-flywheel, brakes and changed it to 12 volts with only about 1000 miles on it since rebuild, was in storage for several years, recently gotten out and running again, rebuilt carburetor, replaced water pump, new radiator and hoses (original radiator included, but does need repair), new coil, wires, ignition switch, thermostat. It has a clear title with 1942 Willys MB with data plate number MB 107494.
