I am pleased to offer for sale this very special 1965 Mercedes-Benz 190D. This car came out of long term storage in Oklahoma from an estate sale. To the best of my knowledge it has been in storage sine 1982. From what I can tell, the paint and chrome are original. The interior is original with the exception of the carpet. Since coming out of storage all of the fluids have been changed, all of the brakes have been redone, it has 4 new tires, and a good used battery. It runs and drives well. It produced the normal smoke that diesel engines from this era create. Mechanically everything works properly including all lights and gauges and my only recommendation would be to change the motor mounts as there is some vibration coming from the engine and the transmission shifts hard. The body is very solid and appears to have never been involved in any accidents. There is some minimal rust on the floorpans but is nothing significant. This is a great car to use as-is, it runs and drives great. It looks like a great survivor quality original car, or restore to whatever standards you desire.
