Porsche 911S Targa in factory black with black leather interior, this is a one owner car built 04/1976 and bought new in the Bay Area of California where it has remained to this day, everyone knows California cars are the best to find being some of the most rust free cars available on the market, this is a super clean car, paint shines beautifully, Interior is lovely, front trunk area is super clean, all books, toolkit, jack and compressor. The first owner purchased this car literally forty years ago on 15/6/1976 at the San Francisco Porsche dealer and registered the targa in the name of his business, he then transferred it into his private name when he sold the company and the car has remained with him ever since, it is a factory black car with black interior, the service books are there complete with several older registrations showing single ownership. The toolkit is complete even with the original Porsche plastic bag, the compressor and original jack are also there.The body shell is rust free with no sign of accident damage, it displays good gaps and the paintwork is shiny and bright. Some years ago a 1980 3.0 SC motor was fitted which gives the car a much improved performance upgrade, it starts easily and runs very well (it has been upgraded with hydraulic timing chain tensioners) the gearbox shifts easily with no grinding or baulking through the synchromeshes, the previous owner told me that the motor was completely rebuilt before fitting but there is no invoice detailing this.Brake fluid and oil has just been changed, it has also recently passed a smog. Wheels are BBS split rim style with gold centers which go very well with the black paint, the car was repainted and RS wheel arches were fitted along with an aftermarket rear spoiler/lid. The interior is incredibly clean with a crack free dashboard, fitted factory AC-which is working, aftermarket stereo system, lovely carpets in the correct blue hue and rip free leather, targa top has been recovered and fits beautifully.
