2001 Volkswagon GLS for sale. This car is a one owner, previous owner being my father-in-law that passed away. He had only racked up 31000 miles on this car since it was purchased. I still have the window sticker. I bought this car with the plan of giving to my daughter but unfortunately the transmission went out shortly after I received it. I put about 1000 miles of driving on it and other than the obvious it was a pleasure to drive and got 30+ per gallon. I do not have the time or will to replace the transmission and have purchased another car for my daughter. I am starting the bidding at 199.00 with no reserve. The car will have to be towed or shipped as it is not drivable and will certainly require the transmission to be replaced. I just want the car gone so it will sell to the highest bidder. The title is clear and the miles are actual. There is a dent on the rear quarter panel and a few scuffs but it really is a good looking car. I replace the front bumper cover because it was cracked but it has not been repainted. Tires and brakes are good and engine ran seamlessly. Please ask any questions prior to auction end.
