Spring of 1972 moved with original owner to Sierra Vista, Arizona. For 19 years used as a daily driver. In 1991 car was put in storage until 2004 when original owner prepared and got it running to pass onto his son. Car moved to Phoenix, Arizona after extensive work done. Parked in son’s garage and never touched until Spring 2014. I bought the car and then spent of $8,000 making it a great daily driver. Most receipts for work done re with the car today. Refinished in the original colour – Acapulco Blue. NOTE: All sheet metal is original and 100% rust free. On the body; only the rear bumper and the plastic grill were replaced. All trim is original [ no reproduction parts ]. Interior was redone in the late 1980’s just before it went into storage. That included – New dash pads, seats and carpets. ENGINE: Rebuilt cylinder heads [ original ] including hardened valves and valve springs. 16 new lifters. Replaced the carburetor with a factory rebuilt unit. Flushed cooling system. Replaced the distributor with a new electronic unit. New dual exhaust. Replaced original rims with period Mach 1 rally rims and caps.
