PAYMENT:
A $500 deposit is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within 5 days. Pickup of the vehicle is within 10 days of auction completion. Storage fee is $25 a day past 10 days.The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.
WARRANTY:
This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. We will release the title after payment is clear.There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.
PICK-UP:
Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup. It is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We can pick you from Orlando Int. Airport (MCO) or Sanford Int. Airport(SFB).
SHIPPING :
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

BUYERS INSPECTION :

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Our dealership welcomes a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle BEFORE the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
NON-PAYING BIDDER:
If the deposit is not received within 24 HOURS of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Non paying bidders will be turned over to a collection agency for $500 in liquidated damages.We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
Fee and Tax Information: REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:
A $195 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction. This fee partially helps us cover the unusually high cost of listing a true "no reserve" vehicle auction including, but not limited to, a Full Detail, Temp Tag, Notary, Paperwork, Airport Transportation, Shipping Assistance, Photographer, Internet Processing Fees, Fedex/Ups courier fee. THIS FEE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE and DEALERS INCLUDED TOO.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS : In addition to the price of the vehicle, sales tax and tag / registration fee is applied to the final price of the vehicle.If you are a FLORIDA RESIDENT you have to pay a sales tax and TAG / REGISTRARION. Sales tax usually in FLORIDA between %6 to %7 (County Rates Apply)and New Tag Cost around $450.00 and Transfer Tag Cost around $200.00.
OUT OF STATES BUYERS, will not pay Sales Tax in FLORIDA if you are SHIPPING the vehicle. Other than if you are willing to PICK UP your vehicle, we will give you temporary tag to drive it and you still have to pay Florida state tax %6 we will provide the proper form to proof for your records. With this form you can register it to your state. If your state tax lower than Florida we will charge you lower tax. If your state tax higher than Florida we only charge %6 and you will pay the difference in your own state. Example 1. Your own state tax %8, Florida is %6.
