Hello and thank you for viewing my auction. This vehicle will be sold with NO RESERVE and will be sold to the highest bidder. This is a very clean 2003 Volkswagon Jetta GLS TDI turbo diesel station wagon. This Jetta is equipped with a 5sp manual transmission. The exterior is clean and may have normal blemishes due to normal wear and tare but nothing serious. The factory alloy wheels are also in clean condition. The matching tires are also in good condition although the fronts are a little more worn then the rears. I listed that this vehicle has an existing warranty because it has a factory warranty on the front fenders. The only issue at all on this vehicle is that it is very common for the front fenders to develop rust spots. This Jetta has a little bubble starting on the passenger side center of the fender. If this vehicle is brought to a VW dealer anywhere in the country they will replace and paint the fender free of charge. I would have done this but the process usually takes up to three weeks. Overall this Jetta looks great and really needs nothing on it's exterior except the fender which will be free. The interior is also very nice too. The door panels are clean as well as both the headliner, seats and dash. The interior is black in color. The radio is a great sounding AM/FM CD player. This Jetta has cruise control and I used it bringing it home. The power windows power locks and power moon roof also all operate great! Another option this Jetta obtains that many don't is side impact airbags. The full size spare and tools and jack are right where the belong in back. Overall the interior has been very well kept! Finally the mechanics of this TDI. The glow plugs are all good and vehicle starts right up fine. The turbo spools and boosts wonderfully too. The clutch grabs fine and vehicle shifts through all gears great! The brakes are all in great condition as well as the suspension too. This Jetta has a clean carfax! The carfax shows the first timing belt service was completed well before 100K at 95K at Scott Volkswagon in East Providence RI. The second timing belt service can be seen completed on a sticker that was placed under the hood on 09/2015 at 171K. There are many other services that were completed throughout this vehicle life that are listed on the carfax. I will print a carfax for the new owner! This vehicle needs nothing at all mechanically. If winning bidder wants me to have fender repaired by VW and doesn't mind the wait I will do this after being paid for the vehicle in full!
