Vehicle Detail

Original Owner - Purchased from local Chevrolet Dealer, New Castle, PA The vehicle is located in New Castle, PA. Needs some work as I have not driven it for over a year except for starting it moving it around the property. This had been an extremely reliable vehicle for us. We had a hitch attached as we needed a vehicle that would be able to pull a small trailer. Although not an overly big engine, this vehicle served us just fine. Over the years it did acquire a small dent on the tip of front driver's side fender and that was actually from a child hitting our car with his bike. The overall exterior of the vehicle is in good shape except for the running boards which as you can see in the pictures have started to deteriorate due to weathering. Otherwise in my opinion the body of vehicle is in good shape. New Tires were put on the car about 2 1/2 years ago, but as I stated the vehicle has not been driven as I could not afford to keep insurance on two cars. Tires have good tread and are Dunlop --- Vehicle also has its original Full Spare still attached. Most recently when starting the tracker, it appears the battery has finally come to its life's end. I had to charge the battery to get the vehicle to start, but it did, but it wont hold the charge for too long without it being started routinely. So definitely will need a new battery. When applying the brakes most recently the pedal did go to the floor so I am assuming it will need brake work as well. In my opinion with a little work and investing some time and money into repairs this vehicle will once again be a great vehicle for someone. We always felt safe in the Tracker and it got us where we needed to go even in the harshest of winters here and always got us home, which we live on a hill. I should have taken better care of it over the last couple of years, but due to my husband passing away and me not knowing much about vehicle maintenance and repair, and not being able to afford insurance for two vehicles, it sat on our property. So I have finally made the decision to sell it and to give someone else the opportunity of using it instead of it just sitting here. According to Blue Book Prices this vehicle should bring over $3000, but knowing the new owner will have to put money into the vehicle to bring in into safe operating condition and will need to spend money to have the vehicle moved or shipped, I am willing to starting bid at a reasonable amount and will consider best offers. The title to the Tracker is clear - and of course it is located somewhere within my husbands paperwork. The car is in my name so there should not be any issue with transferring. If for some reason I cannot locate it, I will request a duplicate from the Dept of Motor Vehicles. I aM assuming Transfer of ownership needs to be done here, either at a local notary or through our local AAA office. If buyer is not local, I will check on the proper way to transfer I will take more photos and update the listing.
