Hello and thank you for viewing my auction. This will be a NO RESERVE AUCTION> HIGHEST BID WINS VEHICLE! This is a One owner 2003 Volkswagon Beetle GL TDI turbo diesel equipped with a 5sp manual transmission. This vehicle was traded in at a local new car dealer and I was fortunate to purchase it and service it and now it's ready for it's second owner! First the exterior. This Beetle is completely original. The silver exterior looks great. There are some scuffs and scratches but nothing serious or actually needing to be repaired. The tires are matching new Michelin Energy's. The front grill under the headlights does have a chip missing from it. Again nothing serious but I always reveal everything. Overall this Beetle's exterior is clean and needs nothing! Next the interior. The door panels, seats both front and back, carpets are in very clean condition. The headliner is clean but has a very slight droop starting but not requiring repair. The dash is clean and all electrical items including power windows, power locks, cruise, radio, AC/heat etc operate fine. Overall this Beetle's interior is quite clean and looks great! Finally the mechanics of this vehicle. The Beetle was put in for a safety inspection. These TDI's are in need from time to time usually 100K intervals of a complete intake cleansing. What happens is everything gets clogged up and in time you will lose your turbo boost and can also damage vehicle. After doing a proper Rotella oil service we did a complete intake cleaning which includes a new intake gasket as well. You notice immediately a rejuvenation of the vehicles performance and responsiveness! We also check the complete braking system and suspension. Everything is in great shape on this vehicle. We lubricated the wastegate actuator and everything on this Beetle is in great working order and it drives superb. The timing belt service was done at 105K in 2007. This is stated in the clean carfax I have. I am willing to have the next timing belt service performed with oem VW parts including timing belt, timing belt tensior, waterpump at a cost of $475 on top of winning bid. It's a little bit early but if I can save you some money then great! Overall this VW has been very well maintained by it's single owner and is in great operating condition mechanically!!
