Here we have a chance to own one of the more rare early Dodge Brothers automobiles. These were made on a very short run in 1927. This is a "Fast Four" Dodge Brothers roadster with a rumble seat. I don't believe the car was hardly used after it was restored. It is an older restoration that still shows well but the car really needs detailed. The lacquer paint is checking in several spots but the bright work is really good and I like the patina. The leather on the seats is supple and the tires are excellent with no checking or weather cracks. The car starts right up and runs well and runs cool. The cork gaskets on the stewart vacuum fuel tank were leaking so I installed a 6 volt fuel pump while I was waiting for them to come in. You can leave the electric pump on it or install the new gaskets on the vacuum tank and leave it stock. The mechanical fuel gauge works well and the fuel tank has been professionally restored also. The underneath side of this car is very clean and all grease fittings have been replaced. I also have the wind wing for the drivers side and I forgot to put it back on the car for the photos. All of the lights and gauges work as does the horn but I caught the bakelite horn button on my jacket and it broke so I am looking for a replacement. I have an owners manual for the car as well as some old tools and a tool roll and the hand crank. I also have the spare but I was going to put a rear trunk on the car so I removed it but the trunk will also be included. The car can be kept in my garage at my house which is heated for up to 2 months as long as the car is paid for if you need time to come and get it or have it picked up. I am finishing up a restoration on a barn or I would be keeping this car. It is a good machine for the money. I DO SELL WORLDWIDE. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING!!!!!
