This is a 1951 Chevy 3600 Stepside Pickup. Dark green exterior with bronze & black interior. Has the original 216 inline 6 cylinder engine with 4 speed manual transmission. 6 volt electrical system. Engine and transmission work good. Good clutch. Transmission shifts as it should. Engine runs very nice. Tires and wheels are pretty good, with some weather checking. Probably wouldn't trust them too far. Truck had multi-colored paint, so I sanded it and sprayed a coat of primer and couple of coats of paint on the body and interior (original color on exterior was dark green). I also patched a couple small holes in the floor before painting, then carpeting. I think all the gauges work. Cleaned and flushed brake master cylinder and bled. Brakes may need a little more attention. They are a little soft, but do stop the truck. Lights work, including blinkers and dome light. Wiring replaced where needed. Very nice seat. All glass has been replaced with new. New window seals on front and rear glass. New mirrors. New tail/brake/blinker lights on rear and parking/blinker conversion on original parking lights in front. New outside door handles. New interior door panels. Great looking original stainless windshield sun visor. Original hubcaps, including on the spare. Flushed fuel system. Replaced fuel line where needed. Cleaned carb. Tuned it and changed oil. Runs very nice. I also greased all grease fittings, and believe it or not, they all took grease, including U joints and king pins. All fittings look good. There are a few rust through areas including bottom of doors, cab corners, and probably a couple more I don't recall right now (see pictures and use the zoom feature). There is a few dents here and there. No bondo/filler. Suspension leaf springs are good. Shocks are there and seem to work fine. I put new treated wood in bed. Frame looks good with normal surface rust and dirt. I don't see any rust through areas or any other issues on frame. Truck is currently registered with clear title and I do drive it on occasion, locally. Was used as a daily driver by previous owner up until about 1999.
