The buyer has no right of rescission and is not entitled to any compensation for known or unknown, or disclosed, or undisclosed damage or repairs. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to conclude your purchase.
All information and comments contained within the vehicle listings are deemed reliable, but are not guaranteed. We try diligently to make sure they are as accurate as possible, but as always descriptions are always subject to interpretation, and are for informative purposes only.
If an option or feature is not listed in the ad or you do not see it in the pictures, then the vehicle most likely does not have that option or feature. Pictures are a part of the descriptions as well.
All vehicles are sold "as-is", without a warranty, no exceptions. Buyer will pay all costs for any repairs. While we generally service any defects known to us prior to listing the vehicle for sale, it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. We are not responsible for your vehicle to pass inspections in your home state as it varies from state to state.
Inspections
Interested buyers are always welcome to arrange an on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in before the close of the auction. Inspections are by appointment only, please contact us to schedule a convenient time.
Once you have placed a bid we will consider that you have already inspected the vehicle to your satisfaction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold, and no post sales inspections will be permitted. Once vehicle is paid for we assume buyer has inspected the vehicle, and buyer assumes all responsibility for all defects known and unknown.
We are not responsible for your vehicle to pass inspections in your home state as it varies from state to state, this also includes Texas residents as we are not an inspection station. Vehicles may have slighty different mileage than what is shown as some may be test driven after photos have been taken.
Fee and Tax Information:
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash or verifiable cashiers check. Please notify us in advance if you would like to discuss alternative payment methods such as financing or wire transfers.
A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 business days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Vehicle Storage
We will store any vehicle for up to 7 days after the auction ends free of charge. Any additional time required beyond the free 7 day period, will be charged at the rate of $25 per day.
Fees and Taxes
We do not charge any processing or documentation fees. Texas buyers may be required to pay sales tax at the time of purchase, depending on the ownership and title status of the vehicle. In some cases, AutoWerks may be acting as the listing agent for a private seller and in this case, Texas residents would pay sales tax directly to the county tax office where the vehicle will be registered.
AutoWerks does not personally collect any sales taxes for vehicles with either a clean or rebuilt title status. All Texas buyers purchasing a vehicle which carries a salvage title status, however, are subject to a sales tax rate of 6.25%.
