AWD and a Nice One… Just coming onto the car lot, here is one of the nicest 3-series BMW sedans we’ve seen with all-wheel drive, a beautiful genuine leather interior and near perfect body and you’ll double-take looking at the miles but it’s a healthy one to-boot. The 2.5L six-cylinder motor sounds great, runs quiet with no leaks and the exhaust purrs like a kitten. The transmission shifts perfectly through the gears, the brakes are strong, the suspension is quiet and smooth and the car handles very nicely with no shimmies, clunks, or play at all. There is a slight vibration under acceleration from low gear that feels like a CV joint but it’s perfectly safe to drive how it is and goes away after only a second and the car doesn’t seem to do anything wrong going down the road. The interior is very nice even without being properly cleaned with genuine leather seats that are not ripped or torn and don’t even show the usual wear marks on the drivers seat so someone kept this one especially nice. The carpets are immaculate, original mats all there, the dash and headliner are spotless, and all the power buttons work properly including heated and memory seats, windows, locks, cruise, and the stereo sounds good too. The heated seats and air are nice and hot. No bad smells or signs of pets and for the extra miles, this one is very healthy. The body looks as nice as you can find one with no major dents and shiny gray paint that looks like the day it was new. One small rust bubble and a couple dings on the passenger rear fender arch are the only cosmetic marks and there’s an extra picture of those. The wheels look perfect, the Cooper tires are like-new, and if you were shopping for a nice looking and comfortable all-wheel drive sedan to get around in the winter months with, this one will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. It is mandatory that if you need plates you bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you.
