History The 1989 Porsche 944 Turbo S Spec was the last year of the 944 and was commemorated with all the units of this year coming with an S-Spec upgrade which included a 2.5 Liter 4 cylinder engine with a larger turbo producing 250 horsepower, Big Brake upgrade from a 928 S4, adjustable Koni Suspension, forged lightweight wheels(16x8front, 16x9rear), seam welded body and a limited slip differential. This Unit has been in the current owner’s possession for the past 12-13 years. He is also a Porsche Club of America(PCA) instructor as well as DE event driver. Any issues known issues of the 944 turbo models have been addressed and prevented through proper, continued maintenance: • Head Gasket & Timing Belt recently replaced • Stock Block, Head & Turbo • All Factory carpeting and rear seats are in great shape • NO TYPICAL DASH CRACKS! • Headlights, Power Sunroof and AC are in proper working order(AC might need a charge) • Optional Glass Sunroof Panel & Storage Cover Included • Factory Power Seats Included • Factory European Driving Lights Installed Upgrades: The current owner had a high end exhaust builder design, fabricate and install a free flowing, catless exhaust system.
