2014-11-23 163 1967 DODGE DART R/T 6 PACK RUMBLEBEE BLACK ON BLACK CUSTOM RESTOMOD RESTORED Up for auction is a clean mildy restored 1967 Dodge Dart 270 restomod that has received a R/T Rumblebee makeover giving it a custom unique look. It has a 273 V8 engine with a A904 automatic transmission. This Dodge Dart restomod is a definite head turner and a cool vintage ride! Below are a description with photos. This is not a real R/T or a Rumblebee. It is being listed as a tribute/restomod/custom car. I just want to be clear that this is not being advertised as a complete frame off rotisserie restoration. It is a nice, clean Dart having received a mild restore over the course of the past year. As with any classic car there is always room for improvement. The paint is approximately 2 months old and I would rate it a solid 8 out of 10 as the paint shows very well, but does have some minor flaws. Motor runs excellent, has plenty of power with good compression. The transmission a A904 three speed automatic shifts good through all three gears as well as reverse. Original power steering works good. Exhaust is brand new 2.25" 14 gauge aluminized piping to dual Flowmaster 40 series mufflers producing a nice aggresive exhaust tone. Drum brakes all the way around with a new brake master cylinder installed. Car stops nicely. Underside, floor pans and trunk are all rust free. Undercarriage was given rubberized undercoating.
