Straight-line acceleration is : 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and the quarter-mile in 12.6 at 115 mph. The vehicle has top speed of 185 mph. The Grand Sport is visually distinguished from the standard Corvette by the Z06’s wider (by 3.3 inches) bodywork, along with unique fender vents and wheels (18-inchers up front, 19s at the rear). The borrowed Z06 brakes are good for a stellar 150-foot stop from 70 to 0 mph in this car, and they offer solid pedal feel and good modulation. As equipped, this car fused to the skidpad for an incredible 1.06 g, with a far more progressive breakaway than before when exceeding its limits. This stunning example of elegance and sport has been lovingly cared for and has had relentless care and maintenance. Always garage kept. This one owner beauty has amazing Cyber Metallic Gray paint that sparkles and shines like new, there are NO rock chips or scratches of any kind and the front lower valance has not been curbed as you so often see on cars this low. The chrome wheels look great and the Michelins have plenty of tread (275/35/18s in front and 325/30/19s in back). The removable “targa” top is the way to enjoy this great fall weather! The interior is also in excellent condition, no rips, tears or stains. All of the power options operate as they should and the heated seats will keep you warm in cold weather. The Bose stereo has a wonderful sound and the navigation system will get you where you want to be, all with the touch of a button. The vehicle is also equipped with DVD, CD, Bluetooth and Satellite radio. The engine has had a recent oil change and servicing, and fires right to life (like an angry Tiger). The automatic 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and when placed in ‘sport’ mode, the paddle shift option is a blast. There are numerous driving modes that can be achieved at the push of a button on the dash, i.e. Street mode, Track mode 1 and Track mode 2, there is also a ‘G’ meter in the heads up display. The sound of the exhaust is amazing. Its just like having a convertible, but safer !
