This 2010 BMW 328xi coupe will be sold with a NJ salvage title due to flood damage .Please check with your local DMV for titling issues every state has different laws.The car was driven into a deep puddle of water that got under the seats.The odometer reads 34543 miles.We found the following issues  the  seats dont work because water enter the power seat connections. These connections will need either need to be replaced or repaired and the seats should work again. The seat motors themselves appear to be good, its just the connections that are bad we put power to them and than the seat moves also the drivers window moves intermittently and the main headlight flickers.  .Every thing else seems to work fine.The running,directional,tail and fog lights work fine. All power option work including sunroof ,A/C panel Radio with steering button controls and even the heated steering wheel for those cold nights.The car starts runs and drives fine.The motor is quite and pulls hard with plenty of power.The car tracks straight when you take your hands off the wheel and immediatly stops on the dime when needed. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it long distance back home without any problems. I have been driving it around town with no issues.The paint has a great shine to it and the body panels and body lines are straight except for the trunk which looks like it may have been broken into . It opens and closes fine with the remote key .There's is no major dents or scratches that I have noticed and the front  bumper is clean as well. .Its a really sharp looking vehicle all around! Theres about 80 % of tire thread  left . The interior of the car is also very nice . The wood trims,carpeting  and interior panels are all nice .We had the interior professionally steam cleaned and it is clean and dry with no signs of tears or  abuse .  The seats are in great condition and the leather is supple and firm ..The cars service is up to date with fresh motor and transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes and suspension .If you want to check out the car and take it for a test drive before the auction ends please call me Joe at 718-774-7846.
