For your consideration, a nice 1972 m151a2 in original, as released from service condition. Uncut original body is almost perfectly rust free. Has been in indoor warehouse storage for the last 24 years....unused. Excellent example that runs wonderful, quiet, and tight. This would be the jeep to rebuild into a 100% restoration as there is very little body work to do. Mostly there are dings and dents from service. There is no real rust to speak of besides some surface rust in the battery box bottom. Bottom body edges can be straightened, or easily replaced with available repros. Odometer shows a low 5000 miles.....Engine runs great, and does not smoke or knock. Transmission and axles are running nice and quiet..All lights and signals work. Has complete soft top with doors in good used condition. If you are looking for a great jeep to restore or to use as is, then look no further. This original condition, untouched Mutt is a nice example of original paint survivor..... Most advertised A2's are either cut up rewelds, or have had rusted out panels replaced or covered in bondo...
