Let's have an auction! No reserve... No buy it now... Up for auction is my 1999 Astro van. I purchased this online last June from a college in Oregon. We live in Mesa, Az. and fly to the Seattle area often to see kids and grandkids. We used it during our visits to Washington state. A couple months ago I purchased a station wagon in the Northwest to bring back to Mesa. It turned out it needed some work, so I left it in the Seattle area at my mechanics and drove the 1999 Astro van back to Mesa. It is a great little van! These vans have a V6 engine and automatic transmission. This is the LS model. It gets just over 20mpg on the highway. I have never checked what it gets in city. It has power windows, power door locks, very cold A/C, a deluxe overhead console (reading lamps, outside temp.). It has cruise control, tilt steering, manual lumbar front seats w/ arm rests, and both rear seats are removable. This van has the factory AM/FM radio with cassette player. The radio works great but the tape player is hungry and eats tapes. All the options I've listed work as they should. It has a very nice set of "Goodyear Wrangler" 215/75 x 15" tires, I'd say they have 75% tread left. The van leaks NOTHING! All the gauges work. It was very well maintained and I have only needed to change the oil and rotate tires in the year that I have owned it. I believe it had 227K when I purchased it. It now has 233K, 1600 of the miles were done on the trip from Seattle to Mesa. The van starts always, no smoke, accelerates and shifts as it should. Brakes work well. The body is very good. Front rubber bumper has a scrape (drivers side corner) You could easily touch it up, it has a slight scrape on the passenger side, back corner above tail light (tiny). No rust, has not been in states that use salt on the roadways. Interior is very clean. Never smoked in. Carpet is still nice. Feel free to ask anything. I've had a few Astro vans and I think they we are by far the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Please don't bid unless you want to own it. I will listen to offers until there is a bid on it. Once there is a bid it will sell to the highest bidder on Ebay. I require a $300 non-refundable deposit by Paypal or cash in person within 24 hours of auction close. Entire balance within 72 hours of auction close. If picking up in person please pay the balance in cash. If flying in later, send me a money order. If I'm in town I can pick you up at the airport. If you need some time before you can pick it up, talk to me, as I can store it for a time. (Still needs to be paid for within 72 hours.) Like most vehicles sold, this vehicle is sold as-is / where is, with no warranty implied or expressed. It has a clear Washington title in my name with my Arizona address.
