This auction is for a non running 1986 Honda VF500F, The motorcycle has been stored in an unheated storage area, it is rusty and corroded. It does appear to be in original condition, with the exception of the grips and tires. There is some damage due to the prolonged unprotected storage. This motortcycle was last on the road in 2000 and was in running condition. Known issues, petcock leaks, brake calipers seized, gas cap stuck, seat lock malfunction (jammed can't remove seat), side cover has damage from what I'm assuming was brake fluid contact, storage fall damage – abrasion to fairing windshield, footpeg damage(bent base), brake pedal bent. no kick stand (center stand intact)broken handlebar levers, rear turn signal stalk broken, rusted chain, and damage to finish that you would expect from long term unprotected storage. Assumed issues, rusted gas tank, gummed up carbs, bad tires, no battery. Additional pictures available on request. I can custom palletize uncovered for $75 or full coverage custom crate for $200 (wood is expensive) The motorcycle is located at a residence with NO loading facilities, any shipper will have to have the ability to load from ground, i.e. have a lift gate for the crated motorcycle or a ramp if they will accept it uncrated. I can also deliver to JAX for air/sea shipping if YOU pay for the truck (with lift gate, assuming it is crated) I will have to rent to get it there, I'm guessing that it will run around $300
