This is a 2001 Toyota Echo with a 1.5 engine. This vehicle was involved in an accident on 9/22/13. T-Bone collision to the drivers side door. The motor and transmission still run and operate as if the accident never happened. This car is one that I am familiar with because my Dad was the one driving the car when the accident occurred. Since this was a family owned vehicle I am aware of its upkeep and maintenance. The car was never abused during the time my Dad has owned the car. All oil changes and alignments have been done regularly to ensure good driving conditions. My Dad purchased the vehicle on 3/17/2011 and the odometer read 177705 at that time. That's 33456 miles put on the car since he has been the owner. Not a problem at all with this car. Great on gas mileage and very comfortable to operate. Id bid on this auction mainly for a motor and transmission that are still in great working condition. I have removed the wheels and tires in order to take pictures showing the brakes and strut areas of the car. There are a lot of parts still in great condition that would probably be a small gold mine for someone willing to take the time to disassemble the parts and post them on Ebay. The car will crank and run fine. I will be putting the wheels and tires back on the car in order to load the vehicle on a transport or roll back for a winning bidder. The passenger side seat and back seat are in good condition. The brakes on the car are good. I had to use the spare tire on the passenger side rear because the wheel was bent when it struck the cement curb during the collision. There will be 3 regular wheels on the car when it is sold. 2 on the front. 1 on the drivers side rear.1 Spare tire on the passengers side rear. At this point the car hasn't been out in the elements so most all of the interior would still be in great shape. I also must note that a new fuel pump was recently installed, so keep that in mind when you consider the value of the parts on this car. There are no returns or warranties on this auction. I will assist in loading the vehicle for transport but it will be the responsibility of the buyer to make the necessary arrangements to best accommodate their transporting needs.
