M151a2 mutt based rebuild very similar to Encore or Carolina Growler production vehicles. Please google those manufacturers to find out more info. I am not 100% sure of its production history, but have been informed it was custom built in this configuration to be used as a supply vehicle for missions in Africa..About 20 were built in total, and all but this last one have been exported years ago. This jeep is practically brand new..All Low mileage or Nos drivetrain, all new brakes, wheels and tires. Retains all the m151a2 electrical and mechanical components. Runs like a new car. Has a brand new Superwinch 4000# on the front. Underneath there is absolutely no rust, everything is new. Tried and true military proven four wheel drive with independent suspension all around. 151- A2 rear suspension for better stability. Would not take much to convert into a military looking fast attack vehicle. Similar designs were produced for the military as experimental developments, even in 6x6 format. 24volt electrical system with alternator, fully waterproof drivetrain. Snorkel can be attached for deep water fording. Body panels are made with thick - approx. 10 gauge steel. The backbone is 1/4" box steel rails. All parts were professionally die stamped at a fully equipped machine shop in production runs of 5 or more vehicles. Assembly was done on a jig and all panels were welded together. This is not a homebuilt vehicle This is a one of a kind vehicle for the discriminating Rancher or dune runner...Hunters can pack it full of gear or passengers in the back. I am including 2 rear seats..Nice parade or show jeep too. You wont find another like it anywhere! At least not brand new, and not stateside. Parts are readily available, and cheap.
