+This is a 1982 Chevy Luv Diesel.. This is simply an Isuzu Pup that is rebadged for Chevy. These trucks are well known for their high reliability and outstanding gas mileage. Additionally, they are able to be set up to run on used veggie oil and other bio diesel mixes. +The truck is a 5 speed without power steering. It came with AC but the compressor has been removed. The rest of the hardware appears to be intact. +This is an Arizona vehicle that is dry and solid. There is surface on the frame rails and a few other spots. There is no rot or rust through nor severe pitting.+I bought the truck for a street project but don't have time. I've driven it around town alot and it has operated properly every time. I replaced the rear universal joint, air filter, installed a dash mat and that's it. II haven't noted any drips or stains on my driveway though the underside of the engine does have some evidence of light leaking.+The odometer stopped years ago showing 113k. The truck has been used by prior owners as an occasional vehicle in a small town with an average trip to anywhere of under 5 miles so guessing around 150k.+The engine starts every day and runs well up to around 55mph. I haven't taken it on the Intestate so don't know about higher speeds. It revs properly and returns to idle and does not stall. I have not observed any evidence of oil burning.+The transmission shifts easily through all forward and reverse gears. The clutch engages smoothly. There is minimal drive line slack.The exhaust has no obvious leaks and sounds right.+The brakes stop the truck firmly with no issues noted. The emergency brake holds but could be stronger.+The tires all have good tread on them. The fronts have some age showing but all ride well. +The suspension is fairly worn all around. There are no broken components noted, just wear that leads to a less solid ride and handling than may be desired.The truck sits level and holds weight fine. It drives straight.+The body is in good condition for the age. The fenders, doors, hood, roof and cab are straight and rust free. The bed has some damage from cargo shifting around causing some denting to the outside which has surface rust as shown in the pics. Both front and rear bumpers are solid with some slight dings. Doors and tailgate open and close easily.+The glass is good all around. No cracks or major damage. The paint is faded.+The headlights, tail lights, and markers work properly. There is a cracked lens on the front drivers marker/turn signal and the drivers tail light.+The interior is worn. I have added a dash mat due to severe cracking of the dash. The seat is torn in the drivers area. The carpet has stains and some holes. The headliner has a few small tears. The door panels are worn and could use some new fasteners. The drivers inside door handle, rear view mirror and drivers sun visor are not present.+The speedometer and fuel gauge and indicator lights work properly. The temp gauge and horn don't work.+The A/C compressor is missing and the blower motor does not work. I have made no effort to fix this so hopefully it is an easy fix.+There is a Dual Audio brand unit installed but not hooked up to speakers. +The wipers work, the wiper fluid does not. +Two keys are included. Ignition works perfectly, door locks could use adjustment.Deposit of $100 due within 48 hours of auction end. Will hold vehicle for buyer at no extra charge for up to 30 days.
