1981 Maico 490cc Ground up restoration……Just about everything NEW!!!! Frame #3510742 Engine #3510168 I’ll try to list everything New: New Powder coated frame & swingarm, Renthals, all Magura levers, kill button & throttle, Fork seals & HD springs W/ fork mods by Jan Houterman. New bore & top end 1.0mm over (#479P4 – F48G3). New cables, Tires, Silver Excel rims, Wheel bearings, Brakes shoes are arc’ed to hubs. New Main seals & bearings & gaskets, Twin air filter, seat cover, Mister graphic kit, Carb boot. New DEP pipe & Silencer, and all PLASTICS. New sprockets (56t), Chain, rollers, guides, & pivot protector. Rebuilt Corte Cosso shocks w/ new Ohlins springs, (for 190lbs.ish) rider. All bolts, washers, nuts, Axles, pivots, clamps, all fasteners……. are new or re clear zinked to new. No play in the rear brake pedal……Tight as new.
