Selling for a friend of mine, whose father purchased this machine new in 2002 or so. He rode it around the block a few times and parked it in a Carmel garage with 13 miles on the clock, which is how I received it. It now has 67 miles, as this listing is being written. Runs, rides and stops as well as it should, I believe. When it's warm, anyway. While I did clean the carbs, I must have missed something as the r/h enrichener circuit still appears to be plugged. It takes a few minutes for the right cylinder to run cleanly. The petcock also drips a bit in the 'on' position; it will need to be rebuilt or replaced. Lastly, there is light pitting to some of the chrome (should clean up), and some deeper corrosion to some areas of the aluminum cases that will need polishing and care. Carmel by the Sea. Other than that, she's pretty nice. Paint is flawless except for some tiny scrapes in the right fork slider, likely from moving around the garage for a decade.
