ITEM: 2000 Chrysler LHS four door sedan that is being sold for parts with a good engine and transmission. CONDITION: The car is being sold for parts with a good engine and transmission. The engine has approx 168000 miles on it. The odometer is electronic and the mileage is not showing because either the battery is dead or our son didn't reconnect the battery cables properly after removing his sound system from the vehicle so now the car will not start. The driver's side rear tire is missing as it flew off last week (the posts are all present...the lug nuts apparently were left loose when the tires were rotated the last time) and as a result there is damage to the hub. It now has a donut on it. The car was driveable when it was towed back to our son's home as he drove it around the block just to see if it was still driveable. We have never had any trouble with the engine or transmission. The body has multiple dents all the way around. The interior is rough. The front windshield is cracked. There is no radio. You will need to tow the car as it is not running. Please see photos for condition. DESCRIPTION: The car is fixable if you want to put some time and money into it. Or, it can be used for parts. As a result of the new excessive shipping rates for dimensional weight changes with Priority Mail, we will only offer Priority rates per customer request after the auction ends on items when we expect the package size to exceed 12x12x12. We apologize for the delay in providing this option but we are finding that Priority rates are often 2 to 3 times higher than UPS or USPS Parcel Post rates for the same size of package.
