Never had a problem with inspection. I only drive this truck to work (10 minutes away from home)I have no knowledge of mechanical problem as of today. I will disclose anything and all to buyer at the moment of purchase Truck body is free of any major defects. It does show minor scuffs on bumper but nothing that takes away from it beauty. The paint still shines and sides are free of dents, etc. The tailgate has a small dent barely noticeable difficult to catch with camera (but want to be as descriptive as possible) Truck is not perfect as it is a 2004, but for sure you will get many complements as I do when I drive around town.
