1967 Plymouth Satellite Up for auction is a 1967 Plymouth Satellite. This is a very nice quality mechanical and cosmetic restoration of an original straight rust free car. Body · Rust free Texas car. · Body is VERY straight and has been stripped to bare metal and refinished in red. · Red paint is in very good shape and shines deeply · Factory GTX scoops added for a subtle high performance look · All new weather stripping · Front and rear factory bumpers have been re-chromed to a show finish · All glass is in good shape and windows roll up and down smoothly · Floor and trunk pans in great shape Interior · The front bucket and rear seats have been recovered in a high grade material in a factory style pattern with extra foam added in the front seats for comfort · New carpet with new body sill plates · Headliner in excellent shape · Dash pad has a few cracks but is presentable Engine · Originally a 383 car that now has a healthy 440. The engine pulls strong and doesn’t smoke. · Torker 440 intake topped off with a Edelbrock carb · Mallory Unilite distributor with an Accel coil and Taylor spark plug wires · Brand new Hooker headers flow into a customer dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers · The column shifted 727 Torqueflite shifts great · Car has power steering and non-power drum brakes Chassis · 15” factory steel wheels have been refinished in a semi-gloss black with brand new BFG tires (225/60R15 front and 245/60R15 rear). Factory Plymouth dog dish hubcaps finish off the wheels. · Rear brakes have been rebuilt with new wheel cylinders, brake shoes, and hardware. · Rear wheel bearings converted to the Mopar Performance press on style to eliminate the clunky factory set-up. · The fender wells along with the underneath of the car have been lightly detailed. · New fuel tank, rear springs, front and rear shocks. Overall · Car looks like a bad ass 60’s Hemi car without the cost and hassle of a Hemi! · Sounds great, runs great, and turns heads! · This is an EXCELLENT driving car that is better than driver quality. · Cruise as is or take it to the next level.
