1959 Ford F100 Shortbed Pickup 292 Y-block V8 engine, runs great. 3 speed on the column and all gears work great. New carpet and seat. Lights, break lights work and fuel gauge, temp, generator, gauges work also. Speedometer does not work. Riding on fairly new wide whites with chrome trim rings. Truck is a great daily driver and will take you anywhere. A little tough to drive above 60-70 though as gearing is low and the bias ply tires. Put some radials on and probably would not be as big an issue. Is missing the drivers side windshield wiper arm. Motor works, just needs a new arm installed. Paint is decent/good but not a show truck. There are some small areas of rust (small hole where the rear bumper used to be mounted) and rust at the bottom of the interior of the doors. Also there are the mounting holes from the side mirrors that need to be filled on each door. I have the mirrors if you want to re-mount and not have to fill holes that I will include with sale. There is surface rust under the hood and on the frame underneath. Other than that it is a pretty solid truck for 54 years old. I have never done any body work to it so do not know what lies under the paint. It looks good though and from 10 feet away looks very good. Does have the very rare round radio but is not working. Needs to be rebuilt but they are rare so would be worth while. A running, driving old truck that gets a thumbs up everywhere I go. Heater works. Windows roll up and down (driver sides sticks a little going back up). There is some fog in the glass in areas. The fan under the dash works but has to be plugged into cigarrette lighter. Would recommend hard wiring. Seat also needs to be bolted down. It never bothered me so left as is. Truck is available to look at and drive most evenings. Clear Title and is Tagged 2013 in Oklahoma. I drive it all of the time with no problems. If you are looking for a good F100 short-bed this truck definitely is worth a good look. Please email me with any questions. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will assist if needed with loading for a shipping company. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company.
