Buyer agrees to have make payments in full by electronic wire transfer only. FEES & TAXES : Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. Please note that some states require us to collect sales taxes for them. These states are ; Arizona, Florida, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Illinois. If a 30 day drive away permit is required to transport the vehicle from our location there will be a $10.00 drive away fee added to the transaction. All vehicles sold will have a $164.30 documentary fee added. Buyer is responsible for all licence and title / registration fees associated with properly registering the vehicle and titling the vehicle in their state of residency. Title Information for Out Of State / Country Transactions While we usually have the titles for our vehicles at time of making a deal. Sometimes we may be waiting for them to arrive at our corporate office due to a payoff when the title was used to collateralize a loan with the previous owner. Please allow for a 21 day grace period from the day that payment in full was received for us to release and send title to you. If you should require obtaining the title prior to the 21 day grace period, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite the title to you.
