1996 Ford Explorer XLT Eddie Bauer 118,520 Miles Auto Trans, 4X4, P/S, P/B, A/C, CC, Climate Control, Power Sunroof, Tow Package (Pretty Much Loaded) Runs and drives fine This vehicle will be getting it’s PA inspection in the next couple of days. Anything it needs to pass inspection shall be done. I shall also have the tech look over the entire car and list any other things that may need attention that are not required to pass inspection. To be very specific, if the car requires any repair / replacement such as brakes, tires, suspention, etc, to pass inspection, it shall be done. If while being inspected things such as A/C blowing warm or radio not working etc…. I will make a list of those items and post them to this auction as soon as I have them. If it turns out to be a minor cost to repair any of these optional items, I will of course have them done. All of these cars I'm selling from this deal are all registered and insured so test drive / thorough inspections are not just welcomed but encouraged. I have 100% perfect feedback and intend on keeping it that way. So please, do both of us a favor and check out the car personally with you mechanic until you are 100% =satisfied with the car prior to bidding. I have access to a car lift that anyone is welcome to utilize during their inspection of the car. If for whatever reason you are not able to come out and personally check out the car before bidding, Do a search for a repair facility near 18336 and I'll be happy to drop the car off for an independent inspection. These pre-purchase inspections are usually very reasonably priced and well worth the money. Although the car is currently in Matamoras PA, I live in Hawthorne NJ and would be more than happy to drive the car home if that would be more convenient to any potential bidder. Each of these cars shall be brought in for PA State inspection over the next several days. I will correct whatever mechanical issues that may pop up that would prevent them from passing, however, that is all. I will have the tech make a list of any other issues he may note while checking the car out such as non-working stereos, A/C that blows warm, etc..... and if repairing these is just a few dollars, I will. Barring that, I will note any defects found as the lists are provided to me. Also please note these are all used cars and as such do not come with any warranty. They are being sold as-is where-is just as they were sold to me. I will ensure they run and drive correctly and pass PA state inspection prior to customer pick up but that is where my obligation ends. I cannot see the future any more than anyone else can. So do both of us a favor and ask whatever questions you may have and do whatever inspections you want prior to bidding. Also prior to bidding, be certain you have the funds available along with any permissions you may need from mom, significant other, landlord, whatever; prior to bidding. This is a no reserve auction so as such you are bidding to own each time you place a bid. A $200 non-refundable deposit (unless you find the item not as described) is required within 48 hrs. of end of auction. The balance due with 7 days of auction end. Anyone that does not comply with these terms, unless other arrangements were agreed to prior to bidding, shall be left negative feedback and item will be re-listed and sold. Hi fellow E-Bayer’s For the past several years I have been in accumulation mode, collecting everything from Cars, Bikes, Mopeds, Watercraft, Stereo, Electronics, Antiques, etc… The list goes on forever. And since I own several self-storage facilities, I have become my biggest tenant. I am now shifting gears and going to sell all those pieces that I just don’t want or need. Each piece has its own story and I will try to describe each of them the very best I can. First several listings are for 8 cars I recently acquired because a friend was in desperate need of funds. He owns a used car dealership and rather than lend him the money, I picked out 8 of his nicer vehicles and gave him a fair price for each. I think it was a fair deal. I’ll find out a week from now. I and a couple friends drove each of them the 5 miles from the dealership to my store in Matamoras PA, 18336. They all ran and drove with no major issues noted. Over the next week while the auctions are running I am going to take each of them to a local service station and have each gone through thoroughly and have them repair / replace whatever necessary to make each of them 100% roadworthy and pass inspection. These repairs shall be limited to mechanical issues like tires, brakes, steering, suspensions, etc….. I am not going to be replacing interiors, trim pieces, paint etc. I’m just going to make the cars mechanically sound. It will be up the individual winners to detail the cars to their individual preferences. Even though I do not plan on making any cosmetic or optional repairs, I am going to have the inspection facility note any and all areas they find that are in need of attention. I will add these observations to the listing as I get them. I have already registered and insured so each of them is already 100% legal. As such, test drives and thorough inspections prior to bidding is not only welcome but encouraged. If it is not possible for you to personally come see the car, there are several other quality service stations in the area that I’m sure would be more than happy to do a pre-purchase inspection for a modest charge and I will be happy to deliver the car to them for this inspection. If you have any specific questions about any of these vehicles, please ask and I will do my very best to answer them. If there is any specific part of the car you want to see a more detailed picture of, just ask and I’ll do my best to get it right to you. As you can already see I have a perfect feedback rating and plan on keeping it that way. I have absolutely nothing to hide. This is also the reason I am starting the bidding on each of these cars at $1 and the final highest bid will be the winner regardless of final price. That’s right; each of these cars is being sold with NO RESERVE. So please, please, please, have the funds available and whatever other conditions / permissions you need to complete the deal already in place prior to bidding. I am trying my very best to be the most honorable seller on E-Bay and I would sincerely appreciate it if my potential winning bidders respect that and do the same. Winning bidders will be obligated to make a $200 deposit within 48 hrs. of auction end with the balance due within 7 days. Winners are welcome to have picked up or have their vehicles shipped any time after making payment in full for up to thirty days, free of charge, of auction end. After that time, winning bidders will be charged $50 per month or any portion of a month until such time as vehicle is removed from the premises.
