all original 50,707 actual mile car has been in 30 plus years from California, came to New York in 2003 been in storage here since then. still has CA title never on road in NY just got car running needs few repairs to be road worthy....all number matching 318 poly and push button transmissionstill has fender tag....car still has its 50 year old factory paint job, except passenger fender, someone stripped and can some time ago........car appears to never have been in any accidents body has all Original Equipment panels, all frames are rust free and straight, all floors are solid, has little rust around one trunk plug have another used trunk floor out of another 63 from CA to fix that spot if you wanted to. no worries with this body its so nice could be stripped and painted black very easily engine bay, firewall, cowl, core support on this car is mint best I've ever seen. 1/4s doors/fenders are mint also. interior is complete, just look at pic of lower dash and heater box....box & hose looks new not like a 50 yr old item! all glass is super nice, all window trim/roof trim is dam near pristine. this is perfect body for 426 Max Wedge CLONE, Super Stock Race Car or to restore drive as was in 1963!!!! thanks for looking and Good Luck Bidding!!!On Mar-16-13 at 21:39:36 PDT, seller added the following information: I reserve the right to end the auction early as this car is also advertised locally!On Mar-21-13 at 11:28:12 PDT, seller added the following information: let me explain something, I've gotten a TON of questions about this car, the engine does run BUT only heard it run for about a minute, this car has been sitting for 30 years, you will NOT just put gas in hop into and go....it needs work but is an AWESOME, SOLID, complete starting place for restoration, Max Wedge Clone or Super Stocker as stated in ad.....this car IS AS described!
