Take advantage of this rare opportunity to own possibly the nicest 125 Stinger available, this time capsule sat in the basement of our founder and patriarch Jim Moroneys personal residence for the last 38 years (that would account for the 225 miles), it was last registered in 1974 and was put away with some other bikes he fancied (or the owner didn't pay the bill for) since then (Cheney BSA, Harley UL's, Ossa Phantoms etc), well it's finally time to let some things go and this is the first, we started out by pulling the top end just to have a look and honing and putting back together, unfortunately the coil was bad so I actually sourced another one from Indonesia and replaced it along with the condensors, plugs and battery, now it starts right up and runs great (I'm still going to replace the fuel lines), I also replaced the front brake lever with a NOS unit as the ball was broken off, all in all the condition really speaks for itself (Excellent) with the only weak point being the gas tank as someone over time had set something on it which left some scratches and such and the chrome has some very minor pitting in places, I was actually going to restore it (the tank) but I felt it is only original once and I will let the new owner make that call, again what can you say about a 41 year old motorcycle with 225 miles on it, as always shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but we will accommodate as best we can (this should be able to ship anywhere in the country for less than $600), anyone with less than 10 positive feedbacks must contact me prior to bidding as I will cancel the bid See Pictures For DetailsPlease ask any questions about this item or any others listed by us on ebay!Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list!For All Your Parts & Accessories Needs, Call:1-800-FASTHOG And NEVER Pay Full Retail Again!!!________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Please Read our Shipping & Return Polcy before bidding!!!
