This Cool Little Pro Street 1949 Ford Anglia with a 1948 grill, Packs One Hell of A Punch. The Small Block 350 Chevrolet has an MSD ignition system, Edelbrock RPM Heads, Intake and Cam Package. Turning this Pro Street down the Drag Strip is a 350 turbo with a 3500 Stall Converter and a 9" Ford Rear End matched up with Mark Williams Axles. The Ford Anglia has got a Mustang II Front suspension, 15x3 Center Lines on the front, 15x10 Center Lines on the rear and BF Goodrich for Rubber. Weighing in @ only 2300lbs Its got enough power to stand the little Coupe on its willy bars half way down the Drag Strip. Although this Little Purple Hot Rod was built for Drag Strip, it's perfectly Street Legal! This Purple Flamed fire Ball " WAS NOT " built for comfort it was built for speed! In the Interior is a 6 point roll cage & Fiber Glass Seats with covers a B&M Quick Silver shifter and all the necessary gauges. Underneath is a partial tube frame tied to the original frame, 15 gallon fuel cell and a nice set of wheelie bars. The purple paint has to go, its old and dated ( crack, crazed, crows feet and checked ) NEEDS REPAINTED. Or you might want to strip her down and make this Anglia a nice little Rusto Rod.
