It was used on a private ranch and consequently the owner did not need one, and never got one. However, we do have the manufacturer's statement of origin to a mototractor, the warranty registration card, and owner's manuals. It is our understanding that in California, it is not difficult to get a title from the DMV with the manufacturer's statement of origin to a motocontractor.
